We're going to come more up todate now with some smooth saxophone tunes. The first one to drool over, and I do mean drool, is Walk on the Wild Side by Lou Reed. This is followed by one of my all time favourite songs from a truly classic album by Sade.
Walk On The Wild Side - Tenor Sax by Ronnie Ross
Theres a story behind the song but more importantly there is some superb sax playing at the end of the record. Sadly, for me, it's no where near long enough.
Frankies First Affair - Tenor Sax by Stuart Matthewman
Taken from the album Diamond Life by Sade. I don't know why but this is the one song I choose to listen to time and time again. Weirdly it seems to cheer me up. Go figure! Anyway, sax is great, I hope you agree.
